{"id":6533,"date":"2020-10-21T15:47:33","date_gmt":"2020-10-21T13:47:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/?p=6533"},"modified":"2020-10-21T15:48:34","modified_gmt":"2020-10-21T13:48:34","slug":"rougail-de-saucisses-fumees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/rougail-de-saucisses-fumees\/","title":{"rendered":"Rougail de saucisses fum\u00e9es"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Ce plat sera excellent aussi si il est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec des filets de poulet d\u00e9taill\u00e9s en lani\u00e8res \u00e0 la place des saucisses.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dans une cocotte de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence en fonte, faire dorer les oignons et l&rsquo;ail finement \u00e9minc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Couper les saucisses fum\u00e9es en tranches \u00e9paisses, environ 3 cm, et les ajouter dans la cocotte quand les oignons sont dor\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter ensuite les tomates pel\u00e9es, le gingembre coup\u00e9 fin ou r\u00e2p\u00e9, le thym, \u00e9ventuellement un peu d&rsquo;eau si le jus des tomates ne suffit pas, ajouter les \u00e9pices, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;en mettre peu et de go\u00fbter avant d&rsquo;en rajouter !<\/p>\n<p>Couvrir la cocotte et laisser cuire environ une demi-heure \u00e0 feu doux. La sauce va \u00e9paissir un peu.
