{"id":654,"date":"2009-11-17T08:16:29","date_gmt":"2009-11-17T08:16:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=654"},"modified":"2012-01-10T02:23:12","modified_gmt":"2012-01-10T01:23:12","slug":"brick-a-l-oeuf-et-au-thon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/brick-a-l-oeuf-et-au-thon\/","title":{"rendered":"Brick \u00e0 l&rsquo;oeuf et au thon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour deux personnes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 ou 4 feuilles de brick<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>du persil hach\u00e9 finement<\/li>\n<li>sel et poivre du moulin<\/li>\n<li>du thon \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faire chauffer une po\u00eale avec de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive (\u00e9ventuellement celui de la boite de thon).<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9posez une feuille de brick (ou deux si l\u2019on souhaite renforcer le fond qui s\u2019humidifie tr\u00e8s vite) sur une assiette plate, avec un l\u00e9ger creux pour \u00e9viter que l\u2019oeuf coule hors de l\u2019assiette.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez une ou deux c\u00e0s de thon \u00e9miett\u00e9, saupoudrez d\u2019un peu de persil, cassez un oeuf et posez le d\u00e9licatement au centre de la feuille de brick, salez poivrez, puis refermez la brick.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9posez aussit\u00f4t la brick dans la po\u00eale chaude, laissez cuire d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 pendant une \u00e0 deux minutes puis retournez la brick et faites cuire le deuxi\u00e8me c\u00f4t\u00e9, attention le jaune cuit tr\u00e8s vite\u00a0!
