Ajouter la farine, la poudre d&rsquo;amande et le kirsch. P\u00e9trir cette p\u00e2te \u00e0 la main, elle doit \u00eatre souple et lisse.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser reposer au frais environ une heure<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser les g\u00e2teaux sur une plaque bien beurr\u00e9e, cette \u00e9tape est indispensable si l&rsquo;on utilise une presse \u00e0 g\u00e2teaux.
