{"id":6634,"date":"2021-05-15T10:38:23","date_gmt":"2021-05-15T08:38:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/?p=6634"},"modified":"2021-05-15T13:19:37","modified_gmt":"2021-05-15T11:19:37","slug":"sauce-barbecue-maison","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/sauce-barbecue-maison\/","title":{"rendered":"Sauce barbecue maison"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, quelqu&rsquo;un nous avait apport\u00e9 une bouteille de Bourbon au miel, Jim Beam Honey, mais la maison comptant plut\u00f4t des amateurs de whisky \u00e9cossais, elle n&rsquo;avait jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte.<\/p>\n<p>Ce fut donc le point de d\u00e9part d&rsquo;un recette de sauce barbecue qui devait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour cuire des travers de porc au barbecue.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut donc commencer par couper l&rsquo;oignon et le faire revenir dans une casserole avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Ajouter l&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9. Lorsque les oignions commencent \u00e0 dorer ajouter le whisky porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition puis r\u00e9duire et laisser mijoter 15 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps m\u00e9langer dans un saladier le ketchup, le vinaigre de cidre, la sauce Worcestershire, le la vergeoise, le sel et le poivre. Ajouter aussi la sauce piquante \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt. Personnellement, j&rsquo;ai mis une grosse cuill\u00e8re a soupe de sauce piquante asiatique, mais vous pouvez utiliser du Tabasco ou autre. <\/p>\n<p>N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 gouter pour avoir le bon niveau de \u00ab\u00a0piquant\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que les oignons et l&rsquo;ail ont bien cuit dans le whisky et que ce denier \u00e0 bien r\u00e9duit, ajout\u00e9 le m\u00e9lange dans la casserole et laisser mijoter l&rsquo;ensemble une bonne demie heure afin de faire r\u00e9duire la sauce, ce qui la rendra plus onctueuse.<\/p>\n<p>Finalement, mixer l&rsquo;ensemble avec un pied mixer ou dans un blender.<\/p>\n<p>La sauce se conserve environs deux semaines au frais dans un bocal ferm\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez faire mariner des viandes \u00e0 cuire au barbecue dedans pendant quelques heures et l&rsquo;appliquer \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re durant la cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>Bon app\u00e9tit !<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1
