Incorporer alors la vanille, puis les \u0153ufs, un \u00e0 un, toujours au fouet \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la p\u00e2te est homog\u00e8ne, incorporer la farine tamis\u00e9e, puis le chocolat ramolli. Enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur et laisser cuire 15 minutes. L\u2019int\u00e9rieur doit rester moelleux. Laisser ti\u00e9dir 10 minutes hors du four, d\u00e9mouler sur une grille et laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n<p>Remettre le brownie \u00e0 l\u2019endroit afin d\u2019avoir le c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00abcraquel\u00e9\u00bb dessus.
