L\u2019incorporer au riz au lait refroidi. Ajouter quelques gouttes d\u2019extrait d\u2019amandes am\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9couper des abricots secs en petits d\u00e9s, les ajouter dans le riz au lait, remplir les ramequins, garder quelques d\u00e9s d\u2019abricots secs \u00e0 d\u00e9poser sur le dessus, ajouter \u00e9ventuellement des pistaches non sal\u00e9es hach\u00e9es.
