Enrouler une tranche de lard autour de chaque morceau, les poser dans le plat \u00e0 four des l\u00e9gumes apr\u00e8s les avoir poivr\u00e9s et sal\u00e9s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Les arroser d&rsquo;un filet d&rsquo;huile et les parsemer de thym, remettre le plat au four pour une quinzaine de minutes, le temps de cuisson est \u00e0 adapter en fonction de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur des m\u00e9daillons.<\/p>\n<p>Couper le Cantal en huit tranches. Les poser sur les m\u00e9daillons et faire gratiner sous le grill du four trois minutes.
