Peler les gousses d&rsquo;ail, les d\u00e9germer et les passer au presse-ail. Hacher le persil.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, faire chauffer 2 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, y faire revenir les oignons\u00a0; lorsqu&rsquo;ils deviennent translucides ajouter l&rsquo;ail, les c\u00e2pres, les filets d&rsquo;anchois entiers, le persil hach\u00e9 et le concentr\u00e9 de tomate.
