Les m\u00e9langer dans un saladier et ajouter l\u2019origan, le persil cisel\u00e9, sel et poivre.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9layer la farine avec le lait et les oeufs battus en omelette, sans faire de grumeaux. Incorporer soigneusement aux courgettes.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une grande po\u00eale, chauffer 3 cuiller\u00e9es d&rsquo;huile \u00e0 feu moyen. D\u00e9poser 4\u00a0cuiller\u00e9es de p\u00e2te bien espac\u00e9es, les aplatir un peu avec le dos de la cuill\u00e8re. Cuire les paillassons 3 mn de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les poser sur du papier absorbant et les tenir au chaud pendant la cuisson des autres paillassons. Ajouter \u00e0 chaque fois 1 cuiller\u00e9e d&rsquo;huile.
