Incorporez les amandes effil\u00e9es. R\u00e9servez au frais quelques minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Cette p\u00e2te peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance et passer la nuit dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, mais il faut cuire les tuiles au dernier moment, elles seront plus croquantes\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Pour la cuisson, sur une plaque \u00e0 g\u00e2teau beurr\u00e9e, d\u00e9posez six cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 bomb\u00e9es de p\u00e2te, il faut bien \u00e9taler les tuiles avec le dos de la cuiller, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit transparente afin d&rsquo;obtenir des tuiles tr\u00e8s fines et croquantes.<\/p>\n<p>Parsemez d&rsquo;amandes effil\u00e9es et faites-les cuire 6 mn.<\/p>\n<p>La cuisson est rapide, d\u00e8s que le tour est dor\u00e9 il faut sortir les tuiles et les d\u00e9poser <strong>imm\u00e9diatement<\/strong> sur un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie (ou un moule \u00e0 baguettes ou un moule \u00e0 savarin).
