recette<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9layez la levure dans un peu d&rsquo;eau ti\u00e9die, r\u00e9servez 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le bol d&rsquo;un robot, versez la farine, le sel, l&rsquo;eau et la levure d\u00e9lay\u00e9e, le sucre et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/p>\n<p>Donnez quelques impulsions d&rsquo;h\u00e9lice pendant trente secondes puis en continu jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit form\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9barrassez la p\u00e2te dans un saladier farin\u00e9, couvrez d&rsquo;un plastique et laissez reposer 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9taillez en 4 pi\u00e8ces \u00e9gales et faites des boules.<\/p>\n<p>Humidifiez un morceau de papier absorbant et versez les graines de s\u00e9same dans une assiette.<br \/>\nPosez une feuille de papier cuisson sur la plaque du four, humidifiez la surface des boules avec le papier absorbant et passez-les dans les graines de s\u00e9same ou de fenouil.<\/p>\n<p>Posez les sur la plaque, recouvrez d&rsquo;une feuille de plastique et laissez pousser une petite demi-heure environ.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0c ou thermostat 6\/7, placez dans le bas un plat avec la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un bon verre d&rsquo;eau pour faire un\u00a0 peu de bu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Enfournez et faites cuire\u00a015 \u00e0 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour faire des hamburgers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faites revenir les oignons dans l&rsquo;huile, ajoutez l&rsquo;ail.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langez dans un saladier la viande avec les oignons et l&rsquo;\u0153uf, poivrez.<\/p>\n<p>Formez 4 steaks et faites-les cuire 2\/3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Coupez chaque petit pain, mettez un peu de sauce tomate, disposez le steak, une tranche de fromage, couvrez avec le pain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour un buffet ap\u00e9ritif<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faire des boules de pain de 25 g environ,<\/p>\n<p>Faire de mini-hamburger en mettant une rondelle fine de tomate fra\u00eeche, une tranche de jambon cuit ou cru ou
