{"id":695,"date":"2011-01-18T13:11:23","date_gmt":"2011-01-18T13:11:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=695"},"modified":"2012-10-10T14:20:38","modified_gmt":"2012-10-10T12:20:38","slug":"poulet-au-citron-confit-au-sel-facon-tajine-photos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/poulet-au-citron-confit-au-sel-facon-tajine-photos\/","title":{"rendered":"Poulet au citron confit au sel fa\u00e7on tajine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recette toute simple, vite pr\u00e9par\u00e9e et d\u00e9licieuse&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour 4 \u00e0 6 personnes :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 \u00e0 6 cuisses et hauts de cuisses<\/li>\n<li>1 citron confit au sel<\/li>\n<li>2 gros oignons<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li>1 c\u00e0c de curcuma<\/li>\n<li>1 c\u00e0c de ras el hamout<\/li>\n<li>coriandre fra\u00eeche ou s\u00e9ch\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1 cube de bouillon de volaille<\/li>\n<li>3 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>une poign\u00e9e de raisins secs blonds<\/li>\n<li>sel et poivre du moulin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0: 30 mn &#8211; Cuisson\u00a0: environ une heure<\/p>\n<p>Emincer les oignons et l\u2019ail. Dans une cocotte (ou un tajine) faire revenir les oignons quelques minutes dans une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, lorsqu\u2019ils commencent \u00e0 blondir ajouter l\u2019ail pour une minute ou deux puis r\u00e9server dans une assiette creuse.<\/p>\n<p>Rincer le citron confit, jeter la pulpe (pleine de sel) et couper le zeste en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n<p>A la place des oignons, saisir les morceaux de poulet dans le reste d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Ajouter le curcuma, la coriandre, le sel, le poivre et le bouillon de volaille qui doit arriver au niveau de la viande.
