Disposez \u00e0 nouveau un lit d\u2019oignons, puis une couche de viande. Assaisonnez et ainsi de suite jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9puisement de la viande, dont le dernier rang sera recouvert par un lit d\u2019oignons.<\/p>\n<p>Par dessus le tout, disposez des noisettes de beurre mani\u00e9 avec la farine.<\/p>\n<p>Couvrez la cocotte et mettez \u00e0 cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant trente minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, hachez les anchois, l\u2019ail et le persil. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez-les aux c\u00e2pres, \u00e0 l\u2019huile et au vinaigre.
