{"id":708,"date":"2011-10-10T14:38:21","date_gmt":"2011-10-10T14:38:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=708"},"modified":"2012-01-05T16:29:45","modified_gmt":"2012-01-05T15:29:45","slug":"clafoutis-iberique-photos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/clafoutis-iberique-photos\/","title":{"rendered":"Clafoutis ib\u00e9rique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une recette vue sur le forum de CTV&#8230; merci \u00ab\u00a0Chef Gilles\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (th. 6)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Laver et \u00e9p\u00e9piner le poivron, puis le couper en lani\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9plucher le chorizo et le couper en petites tranches.<\/p>\n<p>Faire revenir les lani\u00e8res de poivron dans une po\u00eale chaude avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et 1\u00a0pinc\u00e9e de sel fin. Cuire \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 5 min, puis r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Battre les oeufs en omelette dans un saladier. Ajouter progressivement la farine, puis les cr\u00e8mes. Assaisonner le tout de poivre, de sel et m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Beurrer et fariner le moule (ou des moules individuels) puis verser la p\u00e2te dedans.
