M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients liquides, et les incorporer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, au fouet \u00e0 main, sans trop travailler la p\u00e2te. Normalement, il reste des grumeaux&nbsp;; si on m\u00e9lange jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit parfaitement lisse, les pancakes risquent d\u2019\u00eatre trop durs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La cuisson<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faire chauffer une po\u00eale sur feu moyen avec un peu d\u2019huile. Tester la po\u00eale avec une petite cuill\u00e8re de p\u00e2te&nbsp;: si \u00e7a ne gr\u00e9sille pas, ce n\u2019est pas assez chaud&nbsp;; si le dessous devient trop dor\u00e9 avant que des bulles n\u2019apparaissent, c\u2019est trop chaud. R\u00e9gler le feu pour que le dessous soit parfaitement dor\u00e9 quand le dessus \u00ab&nbsp;bulle \u00bb bien mais n\u2019est pas encore sec. Verser une louche de p\u00e2te dans la po\u00eale huil\u00e9e et, aussit\u00f4t, on peut ajouter autant de fruits qu\u2019on le souhaite (tranche de banane, myrtilles, framboise&#8230;).
