Ajouter ensuite deux cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 dessert d\u2019\u00e9pices, m\u00e9langer et faire dorer doucement en retournant en cours de cuisson. Ajouter le poisson (ou la viande) dans la po\u00eale, m\u00e9langer et laisser cuire pendant deux minutes \u00e0 feu vif.
