Lorsqu\u2019ils sont bien dor\u00e9s de tous c\u00f4t\u00e9s, r\u00e9servez-les.<\/p>\n<p>Faites blondir les oignons pel\u00e9s et \u00e9minc\u00e9s dans la cocotte. Ajoutez l\u2019ail finement hach\u00e9 et le curry. Laissez cuire en tournant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une sorte de p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p>Mouillez avec le bouillon et le lait de coco, puis remettez la viande dans la cocotte. Ajoutez le piment taill\u00e9 en morceaux, la tomate pel\u00e9e, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9e et concass\u00e9e, et une ciboule \u00e9minc\u00e9e.
