D\u00e9taillez le poivron en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Faites chauffer l\u2019huile dans une cocotte, puis mettez-y \u00e0 revenir le porc hach\u00e9 en remuant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez l\u2019oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 et l\u2019ail hach\u00e9. Laissez suer pendant environ cinq minutes avant de mettre les raisins secs, le piment et le poivron.<\/p>\n<p>Mouillez le tout avec le coulis de tomate et le bouillon de b\u0153uf dans lequel vous aurez pr\u00e9alablement dilu\u00e9 le sachet d\u2019\u00e9pices. Salez, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Couvrez et laissez mijoter doucement pendant trente minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez les pommes de terre, taillez-les en d\u00e9s, puis ajoutez-les dans la cocotte apr\u00e8s quinze minutes de cuisson.
