{"id":96,"date":"2006-04-03T22:24:23","date_gmt":"2006-04-03T22:24:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=96"},"modified":"2012-01-23T13:42:59","modified_gmt":"2012-01-23T12:42:59","slug":"nage-de-poissons-au-lait-de-coco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/nage-de-poissons-au-lait-de-coco\/","title":{"rendered":"Nage de poissons au lait de coco"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recette facile, excellente,<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Filets de poisson\u00a0: environ 150 \u00e0 180 g de poisson par personne, Pr\u00e9voir plusieurs sortes (saumon, lotte, fl\u00e9tan, cabillaud, etc..)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trois \u00e9chalotes, trois gousses d\u2019ail, gingembre frais<\/li>\n<li>Deux citrons verts et un jaune<\/li>\n<li>Une boite de lait de coco non sucr\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Piment de Cayenne, curcuma, safran,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Riz basmati cuit \u00ab\u00a0pilaf \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Faire revenir dans une sauteuse deux ou trois \u00e9chalotes \u00e9minc\u00e9es, deux ou trois gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es, environ trois centim\u00e8tres de gingembre frais \u00e9minc\u00e9, dans un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9couper les filets de poisson en gros d\u00e9s, les ajouter dans la sauteuse, saler et poivrer, quelques minutes de cuisson suffisent, d\u00e9glacer avec un jus de citron (vert de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence), ajouter du lait de coco et laisser r\u00e9duire un peu.
