Faire chauffer de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, puis faire revenir les morceaux de poulet, laisser cuire 35 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite r\u00e9server les morceaux dans un plat de service chauff\u00e9, ajouter dans la cocotte le jus de la marinade pour d\u00e9glacer, ajouter de la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, les zestes et les supr\u00eames de deux citrons.
