Ajouter une gousse d\u2019ail hach\u00e9e, r\u00e9duire le feu. Mettre des feuilles de chou vert \u00e9minc\u00e9es, puis le \u00bc du c\u0153ur du chou \u00e9minc\u00e9, couvrir et laisser cuire une vingtaine de minutes.<\/p>\n<p>En fin de cuisson, ajouter 50 g de beurre.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant la cuisson du chou, faire cuire les p\u00e2tes dans une grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e, puis les \u00e9goutter (mais pas trop, en gardant quelques cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d\u2019eau de cuisson).<\/p>\n<p>Verser la garniture dans le plat de service (mis \u00e0 chauffer), ajouter de la mozzarella en d\u00e9s, du parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9, les p\u00e2tes et un peu d\u2019eau de cuisson pour lier le tout.
